This week in my culinary closet:
Main: Caramelized tomato flavor
   Stir-Fried Chicken with Ketchup
   Curried Black Eyed Peas with Tomatoes and Mushrooms
   Red Kidney Bean Curry

Side: Alternatives to roasting roots
   Spicy Braised Sweet Potatoes
   Celery Root, Potato and Apple Purée 

Dessert: Uncommon combination
   Olive Oil Brownies
   Chocolate and Olive Oil Mousse
